The story of the cow in the Bible and Koran: 
The bible :
Numbres
  Chapter 19
  1. And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,   
  2. This is the ordinance of the law which the LORD hath commanded, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring thee a red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke:   
  3. And ye shall give her unto Eleazar the priest, that he may bring her forth without the camp, and one shall slay her before his face:   
  4. And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times:   
  5. And one shall burn the heifer in his sight; her skin, and her flesh, and her blood, with her dung, shall he burn:   
  6. And the priest shall take cedar wood, and hyssop, and scarlet, and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer.   
  7. Then the priest shall wash his clothes, and he shall bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp, and the priest shall be unclean until the even.   
  8. And he that burneth her shall wash his clothes in water, and bathe his flesh in water, and shall be unclean until the even.   
  9. And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and lay them up without the camp in a clean place, and it shall be kept for the congregation of the children of Israel for a water of separation: it is a purification for sin.   
  10. And he that gathereth the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: and it shall be unto the children of Israel, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among them, for a statute for ever.   
  11. He that toucheth the dead body of any man shall be unclean seven days.   
  12. He shall purify himself with it on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean: but if he purify not himself the third day, then the seventh day he shall not be clean.   
  13. Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.   
  14. This is the law, when a man dieth in a tent: all that come into the tent, and all that is in the tent, shall be unclean seven days....

67 And [recall] when Moses said to his people, "Indeed, Allah commands you to slaughter a cow." They said, "Do you take us in ridicule?" He said, "I seek refuge in Allah from being among the ignorant."
68 They said, "Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is." [Moses] said, "[Allah] says, 'It is a cow which is neither old nor virgin, but median between that,' so do what you are commanded."
69 They said, "Call upon your Lord to show us what is her color." He said, "He says, 'It is a yellow cow, bright in color - pleasing to the observers.' "
70 They said, "Call upon your Lord to make clear to us what it is. Indeed, [all] cows look alike to us. And indeed we, if Allah wills, will be guided."
71 He said, "He says, 'It is a cow neither trained to plow the earth nor to irrigate the field, one free from fault with no spot upon her.' " They said, "Now you have come with the truth." So they slaughtered her, but they could hardly do it.
72  And [recall] when you slew a man and disputed over it, but Allah was to bring out that which you were concealing.
73 So, We said, "Strike the slain man with part of it." Thus does Allah bring the dead to life, and He shows you His signs that you might reason.

Abstract: This story has strayed from the truth as a result of ill-preservation, or misrepresentation... is evident from the evidence: Whoever touches a dead person It becomes unclean seven days ... And saing: Burn the flesh of the cow...
So the story, as explained by the Holy Quran, shows that a man killed another. God said to Moses, peace be upon him: If you want to show you the murderer, slaughter a cow ... 
They said, "What is the color?" They had the right to slaughter any cow, and it was difficult for them to search. 
The Qur'an revealed the truth, and between the generosity of the Lord, they ate the cow, and knew the murderer ... and so corrected the information.

لأصحَاحُ التَّاسِعُ عَشَرَ
1وَكَلَّمَ الرَّبُّ مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ قَائِلاً: 2«هذِهِ فَرِيضَةُ الشَّرِيعَةِ الَّتِي أَمَرَ بِهَا الرَّبُّ قَائِلاً: كَلِّمْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوا إِلَيْكَ بَقَرَةً حَمْرَاءَ صَحِيحَةً لاَ عَيْبَ فِيهَا، وَلَمْ يَعْلُ عَلَيْهَا نِيرٌ، 3فَتُعْطُونَهَا لأَلِعَازَارَ الْكَاهِنِ، فَتُخْرَجُ إِلَى خَارِجِ الْمَحَلَّةِ وَتُذْبَحُ قُدَّامَهُ. 4وَيَأْخُذُ أَلِعَازَارُ الْكَاهِنُ مِنْ دَمِهَا بِإِصْبِعِهِ وَيَنْضِحُ مِنْ دَمِهَا إِلَى جِهَةِ وَجْهِ خَيْمَةِ الاجْتِمَاعِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ. 5وَتُحْرَقُ الْبَقَرَةُ أَمَامَ عَيْنَيْهِ. يُحْرَقُ جِلْدُهَا وَلَحْمُهَا وَدَمُهَا مَعَ فَرْثِهَا. 6وَيَأْخُذُ الْكَاهِنُ خَشَبَ أَرْزٍ وَزُوفَا وَقِرْمِزًا وَيَطْرَحُهُنَّ فِي وَسَطِ حَرِيقِ الْبَقَرَةِ، 7ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ الْكَاهِنُ ثِيَابَهُ وَيَرْحَضُ جَسَدَهُ بِمَاءٍ، وَبَعْدَ ذلِكَ يَدْخُلُ الْمَحَلَّةَ. وَيَكُونُ الْكَاهِنُ نَجِسًا إِلَى الْمَسَاءِ. 8وَالَّذِي أَحْرَقَهَا يَغْسِلُ ثِيَابَهُ بِمَاءٍ وَيَرْحَضُ جَسَدَهُ بِمَاءٍ وَيَكُونُ نَجِسًا إِلَى الْمَسَاءِ. 9وَيَجْمَعُ رَجُلٌ طَاهِرٌ رَمَادَ الْبَقَرَةِ وَيَضَعُهُ خ

َارِجَ الْمَحَلَّةِ فِي مَكَانٍ طَاهِرٍ، فَتَكُونُ لِجَمَاعَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي حِفْظٍ، مَاءَ نَجَاسَةٍ. إِنَّهَا ذَبِيحَةُ خَطِيَّةٍ. 10وَالَّذِي جَمَعَ رَمَادَ الْبَقَرَةِ يَغْسِلُ ثِيَابَهُ وَيَكُونُ نَجِسًا إِلَى الْمَسَاءِ. فَتَكُونُ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلِلْغَرِيبِ النَّازِلِ فِي وَسَطِهِمْ فَرِيضَةً دَهْرِيَّةً.
11«مَنْ مَسَّ مَيْتًا مَيْتَةَ إِنْسَانٍ مَا، يَكُونُ نَجِسًا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ. 12يَتَطَهَّرُ بِهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ، وَفِي الْيَوْمِ السَّابعِ يَكُونُ طَاهِرًا. وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَطَهَّرْ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ فَفِي الْيَوْمِ السَّابعِ لاَ يَكُونُ طَاهِرًا. 13كُلُّ مَنْ مَسَّ مَيْتًا مَيْتَةَ إِنْسَانٍ قَدْ مَاتَ وَلَمْ يَتَطَهَّرْ، يُنَجِّسُ مَسْكَنَ الرَّبِّ. فَتُقْطَعُ تِلْكَ النَّفْسُ مِنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ. لأَنَّ مَاءَ النَّجَاسَةِ لَمْ يُرَشَّ عَلَيْهَا تَكُونُ نَجِسَةً. نَجَاسَتُهَا لَمْ تَزَلْ فِيهَا.
14«هذِهِ هِيَ الشَّرِيعَةُ: إِذَا مَاتَ إِنْسَانٌ فِي خَيْمَةٍ، فَكُلُّ مَنْ دَخَلَ الْخَيْمَةَ، وَكُلُّ مَنْ كَانَ فِي الْخَيْمَةِ يَكُونُ نَجِسًا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ
القرآن الكري
67

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تَذْبَحُوا۟ بَقَرَةًۭ ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُوًۭا ۖ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِٱللَّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجَٰهِلِينَ
68

قَالُوا۟ ٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِىَ ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌۭ لَّا فَارِضٌۭ وَلَا بِكْرٌ عَوَانٌۢ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ ۖ فَٱفْعَلُوا۟ مَا تُؤْمَرُونَ
69

قَالُوا۟ ٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا لَوْنُهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌۭ صَفْرَآءُ فَاقِعٌۭ لَّوْنُهَا تَسُرُّ ٱلنَّٰظِرِينَ
70

قَالُوا۟ ٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِىَ إِنَّ ٱلْبَقَرَ تَشَٰبَهَ عَلَيْنَا وَإِنَّآ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَمُهْتَدُونَ
71
قَالَ إِنَّهُۥ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌۭ لَّا ذَلُولٌۭ تُثِيرُ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَلَا تَسْقِى ٱلْحَرْثَ مُسَلَّمَةٌۭ لَّا شِيَةَ فِيهَا ۚقَالُوا۟ ٱلْـَٰٔنَ جِئْتَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ فَذَبَحُو هَا وَمَا كَادُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ
72

وَإِذْ قَتَلْتُمْ نَفْسًۭا فَٱدَّٰرَْٰٔتُمْ فِيهَا ۖ وَٱللَّهُ مُخْرِجٌۭ مَّا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُ
73
فَقُلْنَا ٱضْرِبُوهُ بِبَعْضِهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُحْىِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَيُرِيكُمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ 

فالإنجيل نتيجة سوء الحفظ,أو التحريف,جاءت
القصة غيرواضحة,وفيها أشياء لا يقببلهاالعقل,
منهاقولهم: من مس ميتا تنجس سبعة أيام...
ومنهااحرقوالحم البقرة...لهذا جاء القرآن مصححا,
وإن أصل الحكاية,أن رجلاقتل آخر,فأمرالله تعالى 
سيدناموسى عليه السلام,أن يذبحوابقرة ليبين
لهم القاتل,وهذا كرم إلهي,فقدأكلواالبقرة,وتبين
لهم المجرم الذي قتل...ومانقص من قدرالميت,
ولا قال : من لمس ميتا تنجس سبعة أيام..
ولاضيع اللحم ,ولا أمربإحراقه....
وإن من تأمل القرآن  الكريم,يجدحلاوة السرد,
ووضوح المعنى,وحقيقة الأمر,وتوافق العقل
وخطوط القصة..وكيف لا وهومن إخبارالله
عزوچل?
